ABOUT SYLVIE
My art pushes between the boundaries of classical and contemporary art with the use of bold colors, graphic elements and traditional painting techniques. I like to explore the ideas of self, relationships, memory and emotions, and our connections to the natural world. When not biking around San Francisco, I can be found in my home studio with my three fierce and spoiled parrots, Widgeon, Chichan and Itzpapalotl.
